I installed Oracle Forms and Reports 6i, followed by Oracle Lite on my D-drive, which was followed by Personal Oracle 8i in my C-drive. I kept having repeated problems in connecting to the database from Forms, although I could connect from command prompt. To solve the problem, I un-installed all the products, and could not un-install a few of the products. Now, the problem is that I am unable to re-install these products, and get an error saying that C-drive is a root drive and an Oracle home already exists on the D-drive. How do I solve this problem? Would formatting the 2 drives help at all?
I need to install these products urgently. Please help.
