Hi !

I am trying to install Oracle Provider for OLE DB 8.1.7.3.0 on Oracle 8i Release 8.1.5 on Win2K Server, but when I click on "Setup.exe" file Or try run it from run, nothing happens.

I hv also tried replacing/moving file syncjit.dll file from oraclejre...bin. but made no difference.

Pls suggest any solution.

Find all files syncjit.dll in your installation(should be 2 files) and remove them.If your PC have P4 processor this should work.
