Hi,

I'm getting the following error while upgrading 817 to 8174. Kindly suggest.

Error in invoking target ctx_on of makefile
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk

do you have access to Metalink ? Some others have experienced the same problem. You will need to contact Oracle support with the make.log file.
