Hi,
Yes, it is possible. See Metalink Note:164997.1 - "How to Upgrade a Database from 32 Bit Oracle to 64 Bit Oracle"
To view this note, click "Advanced" next to the search field at top of the MetaLink screen. In Advanced Search Site, ensure DocID and Knowledge Base are selected, and enter entire article number (164997.1) into search field and click Search.
Best regards.
Frank

Yes this is possible. You will need to make all the objects INVALID and recompile them again. There is a script for that (?/rdbms/admin/utlirp.sql)
This is documented in the 32-bit to 64-bit conversion doc. This is needed ONLY because you are changing from 32 to 64 bit.
We went from 81630 32-bit to 81740 64-bit, no probs.
