All,
Is it possible to upgrade the Oracle 9i servers (DB, etc) on Solaris8 from 32bit to 64bit - after installation? I didn't do the original install so don.'t know why they didn't build it that way. I have taken over the job and would like the Oracle products to use the 64 bit capabilities on sunfire equipment. I was also hoping that it would make patch uploads easier (don't have to rememebr that the OS is 64bit enabled but the apps are running at 32bit.Thanks in advance for any information.
