I installed oracle 9i on my pc(windows2000) successfully ! ( Thats was the message after installation). But now it is not getting started i.e. scott/tiger is not accepted. What may be the reason ?
Where am I wrong in installation ?

Hi,
Try to connect to hr/hr. You might also want to specify your Net Service - i.e. hr/hr@orcl
You can create SCOTT/TIGER (and other demo accounts) by connecting to a DBA account and executing the @?/rdbms/admin/utlsampl.sql script.
