Antonio,
'Logins' is used in SQL*Server to denote users connecting to SqlServer instance. In Oracle,we call them as just Users,which is similar to SqlServer 'users'. We dont create logins like SqlServer.
To drop the user,
Drop user 'username';
if the user does not contain any objects.
Drop user 'username' cascade;
if the user owns any database objects.
Think twice before dropping 'user' in Oracle,becos they are not similar to 'logins' as in sqlserver.
