Myself is Oracle9i Certified DBA, Working for a Tata Group of Company.
My Question is with the introduction of Oracle10g

What will be the new Job scope for Oracle9i Certified
DBA when 10g comes in the Market.

No matter how much 'Automated' or 'Self maintaining' they claim it to be, human interaction is very important and will always be needed.
I don't think there is anything in the world that is FULLY automated ...other wise we would all be jobless....Machines would rule ... here comes T4.
Just my though...
Plus Larry had to say something like that in the Oracle World. It is a promotion.. marketing media coverage.
