How could I establish service name in oracle 9i in unix environment.In oracle 7 ,same platform is it possible...

I made a service name in oracle 9i using 'netmgr' from GUI mode , testing is ok but I could not establish connection in remote pc. The error message shown 'error accessing PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE' run PUPBLD.SQL script from system. I did this from system but I could not resolve the problem.

Please help.......

run the script pupbld.sql available in ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin logged in as system.
after running this are u getting the same message?
please post the exact message.
and
these messages are just warnings. if your sqlnet connectivity is good, you can still access remote database using sqlplus.
