I found error
FRM-92101 there was a failure in the forms server during startup

Kindly guide me . How to resolved it.

Sounds like a configuration issue with either formsweb.cfg or something else on the app server. I cannot read anything in the image as it has some sort of weird graphics.
But a FRM-92101 is really a generic catch-all error with configuration.

It still sounds like a configuration to me.
Are you running a form on the app server or locally in Forms Developer?
If app server, then someone needs to look at the formsweb.cfg file. It almost looks like some of the OPMN processes have not been started.

Which MS Windows is it? Which Forms version do you use?

If I had to guess, that would be Windows 10 and Forms 6i (according to screenshot and another topic you created). If so, that (very) old Forms version was last certified and supported on MS Windows XP. I'm not sure you'll manage to run it on Windows 10.

Did you consider installing virtual machine, put XP onto it, install Forms 6i and run your application there?
