Hi,
the lad dba left me this system and never been patched. so what would be the process.
If i apply latest patch will it include all previsous such as cve 2019,2020,2021,and 2022?
oracle version: 12.2.0.1
OS: Windows 2016
Please guide

12.2.0.1 is now in sustaining support, there have been no patches for a year or two I think. You need to upgrade, the latest 19.x is what you should be going to: the "long term support" release of the "12c support family". If you need a hand, my boss will be pleased to give you a quote
