HI

In the FORM when a form_trigger_failure is raised, disabled button using set_item_property are getting enabled. Kindly, can you help me out.

As far as I can tell, RAISE FORM_TRIGGER_FAILURE doesn't affect items' properties. Therefore, I'd check triggers which might be modifying them.
