What type of objects? "all" objects could include both segments (tables, indexes, partitions) as well as packages, procedures, triggers, etc.

What is your real goal? Suppose you get the "size". What will you do with it? What decision will be made differently if the size is 10mb vs. 100GB?

If you are just interested in tables/indexes, look at DBA_SEGMENTS.

I've been managing oracle databases since v7.3 in 1995, and have _never_ needed to know the "size" of PL/SQL code.
