Can you please tell me which process is responsible for shipping archive logs from primary to standby in oracle.

I'm sure it is in the doc's. However, it is perhaps a bit more complicated than one might think. Your exact question ("shipping archive logs") is a bit twentieth century: archive logs were shipped by the ARCn processes, back in release 8i. From release 9, it is either LGWR or LNSn, depending on your protection mode. In later releases, LNSn seems to have been replaced by TTnn NSSn processes. There are also, IIRC, FALn processes that handle gaps.
If you query v$managed_standby in both primary and standby, you should be able to work it out.
