form calls report and stuck on procedure [message #681184]

I have form that calls report and I get form error FRM 41213 unable to connect to report server and the servername is not what I am expecting. I have correct reportservername in property but it calls some procedure that I see under "Program units" and references and if I right click, I don't see code. I want to see the code of that procedure but I don't know where to look for. I haven't use oracle for long time so any help will be appriciated. I am attaching screen shot from deverloper. I am looking for code "DL_RUN_REPORT". tHANKS.
