hi There

my USers tablespace is filling very fast and last day it has consumed 30G of data.i havn't created this database and my EM is also not working now at SQL prompt how can i check that what is going on in this tablespace ? so how can i check what is filling my data

You had better begin by querying a few views. These would be a good start:
dba_free_space
dba_tablespace_usage_metrics
dba_segments

ORA-01000: Maximum open curosr exceeded

Something is running in the background and chewing up all the resources.
Try restarting the DB.
If that doesn't work try starting in restricted mode: startup restrict;
