Hello,
one of my collegues would like to use
SDO_RELATE and SDO_GEOM.RELATE

Dis someone know, if these features a a part of the the Oracle SE2 License?
Or wee need a Enterprise Licence for one of the features?

As from December, it is in SE2 as well:
https://blogs.oracle.com/database/machine-learning,-spatial-and-graph-no-license-required-v2
but only if your system is under Extended Support. Which, since you say 11.2.0.3, it isn't.
