I'm a green hand of Oracle and have the following quesitons, thanks you for you kind help!

1. Are there any ways to import data from MySQL、MS SQL Server and Excel into Oracle ? if there are many ways, which one is the best ?
2. how to export data from Oracle into SQL Server、MySQL or Excel?
3. how to import data from one Oracle Server to another Oracle Server ?

2. Generate CSV files
