when i started the isqlplus browser i am getting these errors
Access is denied: FastCGI: CreateMutex() f
ailed
Syntax error on line 92 of f:/oracle/ora90/sqlplus/admin/isqlplus.conf:
failed to create FastCGI application accept mutex

when i cheked the isqlplus.conf that's down
what 's the error
