Nothing much changed as far as creating reports is concerned. There's still the Data Model layout, Page layout, ... the same you had in 6i version.
But, as of deploying reports on the web, that's a different story. 6i was client-server version so you just had to install software onto each computer, copy reports (and forms) there and that was all. In 10g, you have to install IAS, Forms and Reports services, configure everything ... not a trivial task, as far as I know. I'm not sure that Forum is the right place to learn that. It requires A LOT of reading, following the documentation. If you think you can't do it yourself, consider hiring someone how can. I'm not among them.
