The 19c docs say that RAC is no longer available for SE2. This is not good, and is going to cause major hassles for the many sites using SE2 RAC.
According to Doc ID 742060.1 (which is a bit hard to understand, but I think I have it right) error correction for 18c, aka 12.2.0.2, will continue until April 2021 so there is some time to find another solution. But not that much.
