MS Visual Studio and Oracle connectors [message #674028]

I am using MS Visual Studio SSDT 2015 for SSIS but I am not able to get connections to Oracle 11g database
I have downloaded Oracle XE for oracle client to my laptop and I am using Oracle Oledb and .NET connectors but I am getting error.

Pls check the error
Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Oracle client and networking components were not found. These components are supplied by Oracle Corporation and are part of the Oracle Version 7.3.3 or later client software installation.

Provider is unable to function until these components are installed.

You need to 1/ Install an Oracle client, 2/ set ORACLE_HOME and PATH environment variables.

Then the first test you have to make is to connect using SQL*Plus.
