i have to blocks one block is of form and other is of list .. i want to click on any item on list block and that navigate me to the form block and show the the current item result

I can't open the form right now (and, possibly, at all - I don't have your Forms version). Could you post a screenshot, please?

However, what you described sounds strange (upside-down). It looks like a master-detail form, where master's layout is usually a form, while details are in a tabular layout. So, that requirement is opposite of how Forms usually work.

I'm pretty sure it's perfectly doable - fairly sure I've written forms like that in the dim and distant past.
The master-detail relationship should make sure the child shows the details for the currently selected parent.
