Respected Sir,
i want to create a report that's show the present and absent of student (Rollcall). if an employee forgot to mark the rollcall of the student it should show empty column. i have table of absent and absent1 with master and detail relation. the table structure is attached with this message.
the report of output required is attached here.

Is this a college homework question? You need to show the SQL you have tried so far, and explain what it is that you are stuck on.

John, regarding the fact that Shahzad registered in 2002, I wouldn't say that this is a homework.
As of the question: query should return 3 values for matrix layout:
- row
- column
- cell
Once you manage to do that, follow the Wizard and put everything into its own "place" - the Wizard will do everything for you (create that awful data model, layout ... everything). You'd then just adjust it to look pretty.
