Welcome to the forum.
I've split your messages off from the thread you put them in since they had nothing to do with it and moved them into the appropriate forum - forms.

ORA-006000 means you've hit an oracle bug and should contact oracle support.
We may be able to suggest alternative code that bypasses the error, but only if you post the actual code you are trying to compile.

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink/MOS and/or call Oracle support
Have a look at alert.log and trace files.

If possible, post code of that trigger. Maybe you did something obviously wrong, unsupported in your Forms version (which one is it, by the way?), or hit a known bug which has a workaround. As people usually say, it is difficult to debug code you can't see.
