Please help me out.

I am running a forms 6i application against Oracle 9i.
Each time I try to insert/query details using the application the system crashes. A further check in
alert log reviews the following :

How can resolve this problem, so that I am able insert/query from the forms 6i application?

Do You Set PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET=AUTO ? if so then you
have to work with dedicated server only that might be
a problem.. please check it.
