I am trying to go through the HRMS configuration workbench Install process (HRMS is fully installed, not in "Shared" mode). When I try to add a city in Enterprise information -> Location Details, it is saying "Value XXXX for the flexfield segment City does not exist in the value set HR_US_GEOCODE_CITY" I checked in the value set HR_US_GEOCODE_CITY, but it comes up with a table that I can't find or edit.
