I have a production system that was converted from 10g to 11g and has been in use for over a year now and just recently the customer has started to notice it starting to slow down. This includes even just navigating from a blank form to another blank form. The response time on the server seems to be slowly going upward. Is there anything that can be done to improve this? If this trend continues the application will be very difficult to use.

Where is time being spent?
Is slowdown in/on application server?
Is slowdown in/on database server?
