I'm using oracle 12c and just want to know:
1) how can we edit default smart bar of oracle and put our own icons or use names instead of icons
2) is there any way to look/find the file which store all info of smart bar (codes and icons etc..)
3) Or any specific link from where i can download file or oracle form which contain custom smart bar
