To make this absolutely crystal clear - the web-page you linked to contains instructions for using a product called Toad Data Point. It is a different product to Toad.
If you want to follow the instructions on that web-page you need to install Toad Data Point first.

Can you please guide me how to automate 'validating tables' using "Toad" with an example.
I use TOAD, but I have no idea what "validating tables" is nor how to "automate" it. Could you describe what you meant by saying that?
Quote:
In specify I want to execute a select statement and query results should be saved in a specific file automatically.
TOAD, itself, can't do that (or - to be honest - I don't know how to do it). If "query" means "SELECT statement", then the result is displayed on the screen. After that, you have an option to "save" it; there are various formats (from a CSV file to Excel file). However, it is you who has to do it, manually.
On the other hand, if you use UTL_FILE in your PL/SQL code (so, this is not a simple, ordinary SELECT statement), you can save the result "automatically", but that's not about TOAD as the same code would do it in SQL*Plus as well.
