I have form running on the server side (one form sharing by multiple user)
I need to get the user machine name
i used SELECT SYS_CONTEXT('USERENV','HOST') FROM dual;
but it read the server computer name not the user machine name

I believe that you'll need to use webutil in order to find that information.

As you use Forms 11g (I do not), Webutil's help should be accessible via online Forms Help System which has search utility, so - have a look.
