Shortcut for an Oracle Application does not work [message #57081]

Hi,

I have an application that has been developed on Oracle 8i. I have a shortcut to that application on the desktop. When I click on the shortcut and try logging in I get an oracle error "ORA-00604 - error occured at recursive SQL Level %s'. But when I move the shortcut to any other folder other than the Desktop it works.
Can somebody tell me why this happens. I have tried increasing the OPEN_CURSORS paramter in the init.ora but still have the same problem.
