I have found on the iuxora a script to find the hot cache hash latches, The author use the table v$latch_children and sys.x_$bh (the tables are in union).
To find the row in the v$latch_children use a rule on the fiel sleeps:
sleeps > 2 * average(sleeps)
I run this script and i have found more tha 1 thousand.
This rule of thumb is correct or not ?
Please anyone can help me ?
thanks in advance
