Hello everybody,
1- Launching the service OracleDBConsole, i get this error message :
Windows could not start the OracleDBConsole on local computer.
For more information, see the system event log.
If this is not a Microsoft service, contact the service provider and reference to the service-specific error code: 2.
2- After that i run this command in the command prompt:
emctl status dbconsole
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.2.0.1.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2010 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.
http//localhost:5500/em/console/aboutApplication
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g is not running.

Logs are generated in directory D:\app\IDRISSI\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1/localhost_orcl/sysman/log
3- And after locking in the emagent.log file i get :
2017-09-08 22:50:30,059 Thread-4980 <Agent Startup> : échec du démarrage de HTTP LISTENER (00716)
So, I conclude that this problem is due to the listener, and actually looking in the list of services.msc I can not find my listener, which bears the name OracleOraorcl_home1TNSListener.
