OP's problem has NOTHING to do with Forms & everything to do with only sqlplus.

If you want help you need to:
1) post the question as a new topic in the appropriate section - forms in your case - rather than add it to the end of a completely unrelated question
2) Explain what the problem that you are having with the code actually is
3) Post in English. As far as I know only Michel speaks french and he doesn't know forms. I translated it this time but it's far better for you to use google translate than for everyone else reading it to have to do so.
