Hi all,
I have installed Fusion middleware 12c and oracle forms reports 12c.
While opening the forms builder i am getting below error
FRM-18222 :Oracle Forms debugger failed to Initialize.
I have referred various blogs but unable to solve it. Please help me to fix it.

OK, so debugger didn't initialize. I'd say: "So what? I can live without debugger!" (true, that would be a miserable life, but I guess that Forms itself *should* run without it ...
I don't use the 12c version. However, older Forms comes with Online Help System which enables you to search it. It used to contain all the FRM- errors and explanation what they really mean. Perhaps you could check whether there's something useful in there.
Also, did you check My Oracle Support? It contains certain (useful) information which is not available to those who don't have access to it.
