If your D: drive is your only copy of the database, no, I would not advise formatting it. Your posts are not clear, but it sounds as though you have re-installed Windows on your C: drive. Is that correct? And can Windows see your D: drive, with all the database files?

I see that you have raised this question on the Oracle forums too.
If you followed a default installation and database creation, your database is in d:\...something...\oradata. That is what you need to preserve. But you can ignore all that: just install Oracle again, into a different directory. Assuming, of course, that you have already re-installed Windows.

So are you now capable of following instructions? Make sure that you save the contents of the directories that MC and I have told you to save, then you can delete everything and re-install.
This is like getting blood out of a stone.

You will be waiting forever. I have no intention of repeating the instructions I have already given you.

my oracle 12c database name is PDBORCl
Just as an aside ...
I understand that English is not your native language, but please allow me to further your understanding of a subtle point.
The usage "Dear Fred" or "Dear Sir" is used as a salutation in formal written communications. "Dear Fred" when you know the recipient's name is Fred, and "Dear Sir", when you don't know the name of the recipient, as in a letter to a company and not a known individual. And in these cases, it is only used in the opening salutation.
But other uses of "dear", as in "yes dear" are considered terms of endearment .. as in how I address my wife. I often address my wife as "dear". I'd never address a colleague as "dear". In fact, if I were to address a female colleague as "dear", I'd be open to a workplace harassment complaint.

Who said anything about formatting the D: drive? Why did you think you needed to do that? You already showed that your data was there and was intact.
Exactly what do you mean by "import last dump file and feed 2 days data?
So, do you have your database back?
