hi

when i am opening help menu item in forms builder ,its throw error without error number. how i can fix this ?

What version of Windows are you on? Remember, Forms 6i is really old. Older than some of the people who probably use this forum (haha).

The format of the help file is most likely not supported in current version of windows. My guess is that it last worked in Windows XP.

Not having a windows 8.1 machine I would not know, but I am sticking with my answer. I think the last time you could view a 6i style help file was in XP.
