You set properties at runtime with set_item_property, but it's not at all clear what property you want to set.

Property name...Default button and values are: yes or no

Well the form builder help topic for set_item_property lists all the properties it can set.
And the form builder help topic for each individual property states whether that property can be set with set_item_property.

So take a look and see if you can set it.
