Why do you think that Oracle (yes, it is Oracle, not Oralce) automatically runs any procedure? Do you think that, if something is called "MAIN", runs just because?
As I said: nothing you said makes sense to me. Could you, please, explain it? Feel free to provide as many significant details as you want.
On the other hand, does your last message means that you found the culprit (i.e. the scheduler)?
