we have production data in some table fields which is in ISO-8859-1 charset in the oracle database.
Now we have to change this data into UTF-8 charset with out corrupting original production data.
How can we do this.

The only way is to export the full db in WE8ISO8859P1, create new db instance with UTF8 character set, then setup NLS_LANG=lang_territory.WE8ISO8859P1 for the new UTF8 db and import.
