In everyday i take my data backup from software.This is like backup.dmp . Anyone can import this backup.dmp in new user without my permission.
This backup is not safe from unauthorized person.

So question is that :

1. Is there any security for backup.dmp file to safe from unauthorized person ?
(EXAMPLE: if change user/pass@string this dmp file won't import in new_user/pass)


Have good solution please share with me .

Most people solve these sorts of issues by storing the files in a place that unauthorised users don't have access to.
