Hi,
I need some guidance as to which of the files below do I need to burn to a DVD
so that I can make an install on a bare machine ?
File 4 seems the obvious choice but is too small to include the software.
My guess is 1 & 4 but I am not sure if 2 & 3 are needed.
If there is a demo video that would help me please providea link.
I tried google and youtube but no one is installing on bare machine, only VM.
1)V46135-01.isoOracle Linux Release 7 for x86_64 (64 Bit) 3.9 GB
2)V46136-01.isoOracle Linux Release 7 source DVD 1 3.3 GB
3)V46137-01.isoOracle Linux Release 7 source DVD 2 2.0 GB
4)V46138-01.isoOracle Linux Release 7 Boot iso image for x86_64 (64 bit) 343.0 MB
Thanks for your kind and gentle response.

I am preparing to install Oracle Linux on a bare machine. Once successful I will install Oracle 11.2 . Well, good luck! I have given up on Linux 7. Seriously. It is the same kernel as Linux 6 (or so my SA tells me) but, I think, immeasurably harder to work with. Stay with Linux 6. Trust me.
Also, of course, unless you have a reason for using Oracle 11, you really should be using 12.
