Hello Everyone,
I am new at oracle EBS, I would appreciate if someone could tell me what is the correct thing to do as a technical support when you find a duplicate entry in the trial balance, in this case the user is asking me to look for the root of the issue, She said that the app is duplicating an entry in the trial balance for the same cost center. This entry is related to the the fixed asset depreciation, I am not so sure about the counterpart of the transaction.
