How sysadmin can delegate one employees expense report to other employee?
Here is the requirement...CEO's expense report has to delegate to his/her administrative staff without CEO logon to system. So on behalf of CEO, SysAdmin has to delegate CEO's expense report creation to his/her assistant.
We are using Oracle fusion v 11.1.9.0.0
Any help would be highly appreciated
