I have a Business Scenario in which the Business team wants to recreate new part numbers for old part numbers,
in other way they want to make the current part number obsolete and create new part numbers to substitute old part numbers,
During this process there may be many transactions
Viz..
If item Buy
Open PO, Open PR, Active Quotation, Open IR, Open ISO, Open OSP PO, Approved Supplier list -Item
If Item Make
Open WO, - Release, Partial Complete, Unreleased so on
They wanted IT to take care of the above transaction, in the sense
take for e.g, if there is open and incomplete PO, it has to take necessary actions with regarding closing the po and creating new po with new part numbers,
similarly for other transaction also,
so am in the process of analysis and finding solutions for the above transactions for the new items,
Kindly please let me know any automation methods if you or your friends have come across to overcome this business scenarios,
