Hi everybody,
i have installed Oracle 8i server and Oracle 9i server on one PC. The two servers are installed in differences partions.
My problem is: I canīt start the servers together!
But if I stop "for example" the Oracle 9i services I can start Oracle 8i.
What can I do to start both Servers!!!
Thank you for your help!

To start both the Oracle servers
All u have to do is start the services in the Services page
next whenever u want to work on a particular server
you have to set the ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME environment variables.
In unix you have to run the oraenv file as ./oraenv
Ithink this way your problem shall be solved
