this is the issue old fourms is not open in unother pc or windows7 so please get it issue....

There are many typos and too few information in your message. What is "old fourms"? Which version of Forms (if that's what you are talking about)? "Application Version" says 10.1.2.0. If that's so, I'm quite sure that Forms 10g should run well on 32-bit Windows 7.

Which HP 280 G1 is it (regarding CPU and RAM)? If you have at least 2 cores (such as i3 processor) and 4GB RAM (or more), consider installing a virtual machine which would run under Windows XP, and then install Forms onto that virtual computer. You'd then have the same environment you've used to use without problems.

In addition to the information Littlefoot has requested, is this a new installation?

If so, what steps did you follow during installation? Did you run the Oracle installer "As an administrator"? Google, "How to Install Oracle Forms on Windows 7" and you will find lots of information on how to properly install Forms 10g on Windows 7.
