Install oracle 8.1.7 on windows 2000 pro, when installing on 100%.
Program suddently exit and no any message or alert. All oracle
service are not installed on windows 2000.(not P4 problem) and many
oracle utility are missing.

did you check the install.log for any possible errors?

Thank you Mahesh Rajendran. I checked, but nothing. If I reinstall(didn't do uninstall, just overwrite), ignore some error(because previous files) it can go head, but you know, when run initial database, it said tns error and stop there. I checked some *.ora file and found some dns server name on my company network inside these file, but I just login by local user. Any body can help me!
