Need XMLTYPE & LOB segment explanation [message #642746]

Hi All,

I have one XMLTYPE table 'CUST_TABLE'

and it has one LOB segment and one index segment as follow

SYS_LOB0003205399C00003$$
SYS_IL0003205399C00003$$

Kindly calrify me on the below queries

1.) How this LOB segment and Index segments are created for this table?
2.) If I drop these LOB Segment and Index Segment what will happen to Table?
